By accessing our website or hiring our demolition and deconstruction services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

  • Client: The individual, business, or legal entity engaging the services of The District Demolishers LLC.
  • Company: Refers to The District Demolishers LLC, including its employees, contractors, and representatives.
  • Services: All demolition, deconstruction, debris removal, site clean-up, and other related activities provided by the Company.
  • Site: The property or location where the demolition or related services are performed.
  • Agreement/Contract: The legally binding document between the Client and The District Demolishers LLC outlining the scope of work, costs, timelines, and other project-specific details.

2. Scope of Services

The District Demolishers LLC provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior Demolition: Removal of non-structural elements such as walls, ceilings, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Exterior Demolition: Dismantling of exterior structures such as sheds, decks, driveways, patios, and fences.
  • Commercial Demolition: Full or partial demolition of offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and other commercial buildings.
  • Site Clean-Up and Debris Removal: Clearing the site of debris, hazardous materials, and waste following demolition activities.

All services are tailored to meet the Client’s specific project requirements, and a detailed scope of work will be provided prior to the start of any project. Any amendments to the scope of work must be documented and signed by both parties.

3. Project Estimates and Quotes

  • The initial estimate provided by The District Demolishers LLC is based on the information available at the time of the request. This estimate is subject to change following an on-site inspection.
  • Fixed-Price Quotes: If a fixed-price quote is provided, it will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
  • Variable Costs: The Company reserves the right to adjust the quote if unforeseen conditions arise, such as hidden structural issues or hazardous materials. Any changes will be discussed and approved by the Client before additional work is performed.
